I came in about 11AM on a Saturday wanting some pigs. I walked in and remembered I gave up red meat for Lent, so switched to wanting a breakfast burrito. I asked the lady behind the counter if they had egg and cheese burritos, she said no but she could make two for me in 5 minutes if i had the time. I was happily surprised at this level of service, and gladly waited. Burritos turned out delicious, will be back.

Have eaten at The Donut Palace (this location) for decades. The donuts, pig in a blanket, and hot link pigs are always good, possibly the best in Tyler, TX. BUT... BE AWARE!! They will charge you a higher price than what is posted on their menu board... they have done this for years, now. Went this morning and the same thing... Decided to also get a small milk. $1.00 on the menu board, but charged $1.29. I informed the owner (again!!) that it is illegal to charge higher price(s)...
