I will say the day I came I ordered the chocolate shake. I actually had intended on coming back to order a coffee. Needless to say, I had emergency surgery and wasn’t able to yet but I surely will. The chocolate shake was highly disappointing to me. It just was dull and tasteless. I real estate it was very well the most splendid shake I’ve ever had but it was very much not sweet nor had a very strong taste of chocolate at all but again, they surely do know how to blend a shake...
I know I gave 5 stars for food, but their coffee drinks are like a sweet desert...mmmm...mmm...good. I've had most of their beverages, and I do believe they are actually better than Starbucks. With that said, both businesses have different consumer targets.
Knowledge of products was bad. Maybe Dutch Bros just don't offer anything for the top of cold brew coffee no questions were asked about how the coffee was made. Just mediocre.
