My wife and I love coming to this place. We love the ability to customize our drinks. Drinks are flavorful and great. Other boba places have their drinks watered down. The waffles are good as well. Great atmosphere, nice and bright. Variety of board games to play.

I am writing a 3 star review. Just because I think since they had a good run like the first year and then until now, it's been declining like most of the time that I go there now is just not right with their drinks. I just order like a grapefruit lemon with their lychee jelly that included but this time around like, it did not come out. How they show or offer it there with their grapefruit pieces. They're slushy was just juice like it only had a hint of flavor of grapefruit. Just more of that lemonade and I was like a little bit disappointed, like, I mean, I wish they could have told me they didn't have grapefruit or at all like pieces to put in the drink like, I wouldn't have gotten it. But I mean, I'm not to make a fuss on this, I just don't know if it's because their air conditioning like has not been working for a while because each time I go there. It's just always in hot heat. They make the drinks. Tastes different.Not how it's promoted, really has declined.I hope they can get that adjusted.And fixed.But for now, it's going to be three stars.

The didn’t tell me there Thai tea had salted cheese in it and when I ask for a refund or at least to have a replacement the owner won’t let me. She told me that’s how it was made and that was final. She told me if I didn’t like it I should order a whole other drink. She did give me a 20% discount though.

Was greeted by a friendly young lady named Ella, during my visit. She assisted me with finding a drink from their menu and ended up with a very tasty boba and waffle. This young lady deserves a raise. The boba was refreshing and the waffle was exceptionally tasty. Definitely a worth the trip.

The strawberrry matcha is delicious as well as the dragon fruit smoothie! I always have a hard time deciding between those two! Also definitely recommend the bubble waffle with puff cream so delicious! Friendly service and great treats!

Management is not at all reliable. I ordered mango boba and the manager added mango jelly instead of boba. I realized after sipping the drink. So I went back and asked her why she added mango jelly. She simply said she doesn’t have mango boba. Then I ask her why you didn’t tell me that you don’t have it. She immediately ch aged the tone and said “we call mango jelly as mango boba” here. I am not ever going to go to this store where the manager itself is a lier.
