Cakes were good. No issues there but the lady up front could not understand what I was wanting and ended up just walking out with 4 of the mini cakes instead of just the one because there was a line of people. Not sure if it was a me issue or what but was a little frustrated when I walked out.
Wow, this customer service is the best I have seen around. I had to come in last minute to pick up mini Bundt cakes for my mom‘s birthday. They were more than accommodating for me not only that they greeted me with a smile at the door when I came in after hours. I was able to order over the phone and I just really appreciate their efforts and kindness. Keep up the great work and whoever is managing this location has some really great employees!
