We ordered a variety of the bundtinis for a family party this weekend. All guest said they were the best desert they’ve ever had!!! They were so moist and flavorful, everyone loved them! Cakes were good. No issues there but the lady up front could not understand what I was wanting and ended up just walking out with 4 of the mini cakes instead of just the one because there was a line of people. Not sure if it was a me issue or what but was a little frustrated when I walked out.

Wow, this customer service is the best I have seen around. I had to come in last minute to pick up mini Bundt cakes for my mom‘s birthday. They were more than accommodating for me not only that they greeted me with a smile at the door when I came in after hours. I was able to order over the phone and I just really appreciate their efforts and kindness. Keep up the great work and whoever is managing this location has some really great employees!

My grandson's girlfriend loves your confetti Bundt cakes so for his prom invite he created a personal poster board & gave her a personalized bundt cake just for the occasion. I thought this was the sweetest thing so I wanted to share.

I placed an order online and had to be placed in the hospital the cake was destroyed and no refund offered. The manager i dpoke to on 7/22 didn't offer to replace the cake she was Very Rude & didn't offer any suggestions. I have always delt with this store but this was the Worst Service Service Ever!!
Very disappointed. I placed the order several days ahead. The person I got it for loves lemon and strawberry. The had a power outage and lost the order and they were out of lemon and strawberry, did not try to make up for their mistake like adding an extra lemon and strawberry bundles? Not good customer service! Very unhappy!

First of all getting to see the manager Eric is always the highlight of visiting our local store in Tyler. So sweet and welcoming, patient and accomodating and always ready to help! My daughter and I just love him! The young ladies are always nice as well. Store is always clean and cakes always good! The price point is chefs kiss and I hope they never change it! Cakes are good, but service needs work. We ordered curbside pickup. After sitting and waiting for 15 min watching the girls standing and talking behind the counter, we finally went inside and got it ourselves. They couldn’t get the name right , had to repeat it 3 times . Then they finally went and took it out of the fridge. 25 min later we finally made it out.
