Ordered curbside order . I pull up , all the spots are taken . Spots 1&2 are taken up BY EMPLOYEES that are on their phones probably on their lunch break . What’s the point in having curbside pickup if employees will be parking there ? So I had to walk in to get my order , once again I ORDERED CURBSIDE & left a tip as well
Paid for extra sour cream , put in the notes that I wanted ranch since there wasn’t an option . Still got sour cream in my bag.

Horrible got Ruben, corn beef was so dry it was brittle and old. Also got gumbo horrible rice in it was not cook it was crispy like right of a bag, the only good thing was the free pickle

This is a good place for seniors because you can get a small portioned meal at a reasonable price. Food quality is good. It seems to be popular, because it's sometimes crowded.

This Jason Deli evening crew is amazing, they always do a great job every once in a while they forget to pack an item. They always fix it though, the manager Logan does a great job always says hello, and takes care of our order !!! Alec has been our go to person since we moved to tyler he needs a raise very polite and accommodating!!! Johnthan a great kid hard working, and always takes care of our needs. These 3 guys all needs raises, and do an amazing job on customer service!!! Would not go anywhere else !!! 10 out of 10 for service.

Twice this week, my office has ordered lunch from here and we have been blown away with not only their menu selection, but the flavors from the sandwiches to the soups, salads and bowls! Thank you Jason's Deli for making our busy and hectic day a little more pleasing!
The salad bar is always my go to. We were visiting Tyler and hadn't eaten at a Jason's Deli since we lived in San Antonio. The food was great as we're the employees.
