For the second time in the past few months, my wife ordered an Unwich. Once again, we got home and realized it’s the sandwich with bread. So often, the crew working at Knight just doesn’t give a flip and acts like they Don’t wanna be there. It’s too late in the evening to turn around and go back and get it because I would be closed now.

The food was tasty and what I’d expect as a standard at a chain. The staff was less than enthusiastic. They made the sandwich and it tasted great but that small amount of kindness was missing . Maybe pay them better…kindness shouldn’t cost anything…like “thank you” or “have a nice day” or “enjoy” when passing a customer the sandwich with a smile. Also, the question I asked about the app seemed to ignite annoyance in the staff as I was told they have nothing to do with the app. I can’t use my card in the app without Apple Pay and I don’t want to use Apple Pay. Do I still get pairings and free stuff? I don’t know, because even by putting my phone number in at time of purchase in the store doesn’t result in corresponding change in the app suggesting I even made a purchase. Also, I can’t get delivery to my work from this location in the app. Restaurant was very clean.

Ordered pickup. I asked for no tomatoes. I was so upset when I saw tomatoes on my sandwich, so I used my voodoo black magic to curse this JJ location.
Turns out I never put no tomatoes on the ticket. I am very sorry.

Extremely rude staff, we were clearly interrupting their jam sesh as music was blaring the second we walked in. I tried to get a sandwich for my little girl and the young man consistently refused to toast a sandwich, I don't understand why? They would not help explain the reasoning behind or even attempt to help us with a solution when ordering for a little one. Very disappointing, we did not even bother staying as that is the level of service we were receiving. We will not return.

The #9...unwhich...whew! My sandwiches are always amazing. They are always made exactly the way I want them and never sloppy. They are always ready when I arrive for pickup and everyone is always nice and acknowledges me once I come in. I've never received anything but exceptional service. Seriously my favorite sandwich and I will gladly swim through traffic to get this. Sorry, no pics. I like to get to the wolfing as soon as i get mine. 🤣 Kudos to everyone!

Hours say open until 10 PM, with big letters on the door that say “doors to remain unlocked during business hours.” Arrived a little before 930 and both doors were locked and the individuals inside looking like they weren’t happy we were there. Another individual also arrived, the workers inside pointed to the drive thru with displeased looks, and they ended up being out of French bread anyways. Very disappointing experience compared to when they first re-opened.
