Ordered my pizza on the phone and 30 mins later still wasn’t ready. There were 6 people working and still didn’t get my pizza for 45 mins! Always have issues when coming to this one.

Drove all the way across town to this little Cesar’s that claimed it was open till 11:00pm but when I arrived at 10:40pm it was closed. And even the times on the door said 11:00pm this in unacceptable.

Very good service. Always have hot and ready pizzas available. If you're wanting a specialized Pizza they are very good at telling you how long will it take to make and allowing you an opportunity to leave and come back.

I have been in that location (Troup Hwy) twice in the last week (due to work). WORST service ever!! I will drive across town before going there again!! How can you employee people that treat customers like that?!?

Best one in Tyler. Guy working the counter was a really polite person I went to tip him because of his professionalism and he told me it wasn't necessary, he was good. I admire that. Ty wish I got your name.
I have a collar around my neck and the cashier was very kind to help me put the pizzas I bought in the car.. I couldn’t see his name, but he has glasses and something older... God bless for your consideration 😊

Ordered a classic pepperoni through the app and they gave me a hot and ready pepperoni, thinking I don’t know the difference between the crust even though I just ordered one yesterday evening. So typical of the type of people who currently work here. Just lazy and always looking for a shortcut. I bet I will not allow them to pull this stunt again. Gosh some people are just awful and the employees here are a prime example of that. Disgusting.

The front cashier employee who was there around 12.50pm on 7/10/25 was kinda rude, and when I called back to ask about my order, he hung up in my face and had to call back. This the second bad customer service I have encountered at this restaurant, and I don't know if it's the new people or the manager who needs to have a meeting with their employees about customer service. They should do better. I'm just saying

Took twenty minutes to get my food and the girls in the back are eating and dancing/ twirking horrible

Waited an hour when I was told 20mins. The lobby was full so I waited outside only to have my car full of cigarettes smoke.I'm guessing the manager or one of the employees really enjoys his tobacco. But Hey at least the pizza is on point. Thanks for that I guess.
