The drinks and shakes are great and the customer service has always been amazing but after my husband and I started on them I got extremely sick and developed a ton of health issues and when I did further research I found that these are not good for you long term or when you are actually using the shakes to replace meals. Just make sure you are doing the research. After my health issues i just want to make sure people are informed before they start using it.
