I got the chicken Alfredo pizza with pan crust 9" it was really good. I did wait at the counter for a long time before they noticed I was there. But they were friendly and I thought maybe they were short staffed or had a busy hr but the lobby was dirty. But the wait time to get my pizza wasn't very long, about 15 minutes. Was fresh, and it was very cheesey and was seasoned very well. I will definitely be trying them out again.

Came to pick up a doordash order with zero customers at the store. Was told “oops, i forgot about that” and was assured it would be no more than 10 minutes. I said “are you sure?” The employee told me “yes, it shouldn’t take me too long. easy order.” i went to deliver a different order, and came back at the 9 1/2 minute mark. pizzas were just being put in the oven, told it’ll be another 8 minutes. I asked why she assured me twice that it would be only 10 minutes and then she started complaining about having to be in the kitchen by herself. She was so sure that she could make this “easy order” as she put it but then wanted me to feel bad for her when she was the one who neglected the order to begin with. Will avoid from now on

Really they not worth the one star food was terrible drink machine had mold everything was out dated workers not happy or friendly I strongly recommend they close this place down wasted my money there!

Placed an order online and got here to pick it up and they hadn't even made the food yet so now I have to sit here and wait another 20 minutes and so does the house full of kids at the birthday and they staff really didn't even care about it just asked if I was willing to wait for the food to be made
Update gave it another chance since we have been coming here for years. Online order said 20 min arrives 30 mi uses later and was told another 10 minutes and it's the same cook/ window staff as last time never had these issues before here
Update again item was forgotten got told we had to wait another 10 minutes and the girl in the drivethrough got a major attitude slamming the glass window this place is a joke anymore yall seriously need better employees

There was no one besides the workers on the day I went into the establishment. I remember Mazzio's being a lot busier than this when I was a teen...yup, that's how long it's been since I went into this place. I see the arcade games have been taken away...it just has no luster.The food was okay, it wasn't piping hot, even with me waiting for it to be prepared...more like they microwaved this (calzone ring, what I ordered). This place needs a lot of help to stay alive.
