They’re quick, food is always fresh, order has always been correct, and the ladies always have a great attitude and very nice in the morning, considering the volume of customers they have.
Mrs. Paula is always so sweet we’ve slowly started to become friends and always wishes me many blessing in the morning, truly grateful for her. Love them all, I always choose this McDonald’s for that reason, such a great team.“

“OMG!!! Someone was helpful at a McDonald's Sometimes the simple things are the best things.
I ordered using the kiosk and could only get a small orange juice with the combo I ordered. I pulled up the beverage option and ordered another large orange juice. Misty brought out both the orange juices and I asked for a large cup to put both the juices in. Misty immediately grabbed the cup and transferred the juices. I know it seems small but I've been at other McDonald's and it got all kinds of extra!
Shout out to the entire staff because everyone seemed helpful and engaged in their job!“

“We all know that there are dozens of McDonald's in every city you visit. This part of Texas is no different, there are literally five McDonald's within a 5-mile radius of where I live or work. I literally go out of my way to visit this location because the staff is super amazing and always gets my orders correct.

This location is always super busy and even with them being so busy the staff still makes an effort and makes every meal correctly.“

“Its McDonald's. The food is as good as most every other McDonald's. This location is inside of the Walmart on hwy 64. I went at an off-peak hour around 4 PM on Saturday and it was still busy. It was still a good experience and I would recommend going to this location.“

“Went with my youngest boy and had a lot of fun. The food came out promptly, the play place was clean and tidy and all the food was freshly made. Also, the seating for the play area was literally the best one I've seen at any McDonald's.“

“These guys get slammed with business and keep the flow of customers moving steady better than any other McDonald's I've ever been to before. Also, most importantly above speed of service is accuracy-and my orders on almost a daily basis sometimes twice a day have always been exactly what I ordered. Thank you Jacksonville McDonald's for your perfection, everyone there deserves a raise.“

“It was not the best Micky D's, but wasn't the worst either. We arrived at Noon, it wasn't busy inside, fries were reheated and they got my order wrong. But the bright spot was the young lady who took our order she was exceptional.“

“Travel all over the country and live in Tyler. Consistently the best service of any McDonald's anywhere from NY,to FL, to OR, to CA. Always fast, friendly and professional. Truly a pleasure to dine here. Thanks for being an exceptional role model for other location to follow!“

“Within a 3 mile radius of my house in Tyler Texas, you'll easily find four or five McDonald's. Interestingly, while they are all franchisees of the national brand and purchase the same ingredients to make the same food items on the menu, the experience of ordering and eating this food varies wildly among these multiple locations. I'll get around to denigrating the deplorable McDonald's of Tyler at another date, but it's worth giving honorable mention to this one. This isn't to say that the service here is perfect, but there is a core of competent and courteous people working at it that generally delivers pretty good McDonald's food
with pretty good service. If you decide to go inside, the dining room is quite nice and under utilized by most patrons. If you have a choice, I would go to this McDonald's.“
