One sweet tea! That was our order and it took 12 minutes and neither of the employees in drive through spoke to us. No hello, thank you, have a great day nothing! The girl at the window literally finished organizing things and finished putting up the cups before she got our order. She handed us our order and turned around without saying a word. And we were the only people in the drive thru. Worst service ever at a Mc Donald’s.

The worst.. I ordered from Grubhub for delivery. I ordered the fish sandwich. I got the bun with tarter sauce, but no fish patty. How can someone box the sandwich knowing full well that there is no fish patty. Also ordered chicken nuggets which was left out. This McDonald's was not willing to make it right. They said it was Grubhubs problem. No, it wasn't

Ordered and prepayed online, however when we got there dine in was closed due to short staff. We walked through the drive through as we didn’t have a car and were met with the rudest employee i have possibly ever met. She very aggressively told us we couldn’t get the food we already payed for and that “it just sucked for us”. she then shut the drive through window very aggressively. we walked to the next window where these sweet girls nicely handed us our food and we went on our way. These girls at the ends were very understanding and gave us the food. If you are going to be understaffed put a piece of paper on your door and make it known to costumers before ordering online.

My husband got a big meal deal and when I looked at the receipt it had a 10 cent upcharge for an orange fanta and he didn't ask for or get a fanta.
I did get my dime and asked the mgr why the cashier would do that. She said they ring up a full meal deal and it just happens every time and nobody notices!!!

McDonald’s say they open up at 5 AM. I have been there at 20 after five and still not open. I was there this morning September 17 myself and seven other cars had to pull off no took our orders or anything. I can see a girl sweeping the floors, but no one Address their customers.
