Noodles & Dumplings is a friendly and clean restaurant with helpful staff. The Braised Beef Noodle Soup is recommended, with excellent hand-pulled noodles and flavorful beef. Some customers mentioned missing hot sauce and found the sprouts good but not worth the extra charge. The Kung Pao Chicken and chicken egg rolls were favorites, although some found the bao too big. The restaurant offers a unique experience with a viewing window to see dumplings and noodles being made, and even provides dough for kids to play with.
