Went to Outback tonight to celebrate my husband's birthday and had such a positive and enjoyable experience, we definitely will be back! The food came out hot and delicious, drinks were kept an eye on and refilled as needed. Our waitress Lacy was so attentive and amazing! She checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed at all times and truly made my husband feel celebrated for his birthday (even lit the candles on his birthday dessert!) 10/10 dining experience!
Seriously the worst service ever, Russell #658 could have cared less about his tables, no sugar or sugar substitute on table, had to ask twice for it and finally got it launched at the table as he went by, no plates with appetizers, never checked on the table to see if we needed anything, refills or more mixed drinks,beer, or condiments, had to ask twice for that to, everyone but Russell brought things out, steaks were over cooked, and one was way smaller than the other even though...read full review
