“The girl at the counter got two of our orders wrong, costing us money and creating dissatisfaction. The mango lemonade was wonderful as was the chicken wrap. We couldn't tell the difference between the regular fries and the Cajun fries. I don't think the red beans and rice are as good as they used to be. Not enough beans or sauce.“
“I had a horrible experience at a different location, popeyes on 5th street, here in Tyler where the management and staff made me place an online order only to then tell me they don’t have any of the items I placed and could not help me by cancelling or getting a refund. I then called this location where I spoke to both staff and management which they then helped me receive atleast some of the item they did have in stock! I am so pleased with this location despite getting there so late due to having to drive all across town. Again, thank you to manager Chris and staff who helped make my night better and have a better experience with Popeyes.“
