Today I was told to go to another popeyes because the general manager of store #11872 who was working drive thru did not want to take my order. I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes with no response and when I pulled around to the pickup window, this slender young black lady told me that she could not take my order at the window and that I had not been waiting that long and that she had a timer telling me how long I had been waiting.
