Front door wont close. No tables were clean except one by the window. I asked if they cooked there food in tallow as advertised they said no its vegetable oil. I would prefer tallow being that they say online is what is used.

I used to come to this location on 5th street on a regular basis, but the service from one of the managers is horrible her name is Dominique she's rude and she doesn't have any business sense. I have no idea how she became a manager just because of her I will never go back to this location.

My food had the potential to be good but the wing they gave me should have been thrown away. I was too "chicken" to eat it, I threw it away. The rest of my food was pretty decent, after I reheated it in the microwave.
There has never been an issue with the food taste or quality, but every time we have been to this location the staff have been rude, unhelpful, or act like they couldn’t care less. We don’t come often, and every time we come hoping the staff have gotten friendlier but they haven’t.

Poor customer service. I get to restaurant at 10:10 PM. They tell me they are out of chicken and the kitchen is closing. They arent supposed to close until 11 PM. They just did not want to make more chicken. I only wanted strips and some mac n cheese. Bery disappointing!

This popeyes on 5th street will steal your money!!! You will buy food or pre-order a turkey pay for it then never receive it. They then tell you a BS lie saying they CAN NOT refund your purchase. Thief's and should All be fired for allowing this.

Literally sat there until I had to pull off. There was zero communication as if only 1 person was working. Sat there for 10 minutes when it was no line. They need to fire and replace the current staff there. My 2nd experience being like this and it’s pathetic.

This has to be the worst popeye's.I have ever eaten at They don't know a breast from Athigh And top that moved the chicken in my box without gloves and put it back up there with the rest of the chicken. Ow, that's just nasty. They? Need to shut this thing down and redo it

Manager who was working the drive thru charged my mom 17.08 for 2 little containers of popcorn shrimp that had about 7 pieces in each. My mom told her they normally come in a box and that was certainly not 2 orders of 1/4 pound of popcorn shrimp and asked for a refund. The manager was very rude to my mother and made comments like “What did she think she was going to get a big bundle of them”. I see why this location has the rating it does. We will never return to this location.
