The service was slow. Very slow.
The chicken tenders were mostly breading and hardly any chicken.
The mashed potatoes tasted like soap.....they were disgusting.

Overall it was a terrible frustrating experience. Why did we even try to go back here. We have had bad experiences in the past but wanted to belive it would be better.

Don't go here.

THE WORKERS WORKING THERE ARE RUNNING IT INTO THE GROUND…. I WENT TO THIS PLACE SUNDAY NIGHT AROUND 845PM I ORDERED A 12 PIECE ORIGINAL 2 SIDES, 6 BISCUITS , A 3 PIECE CHICKEN STRIP DINNER AND APPLE PIE CONDIMENTS HONEY , MAUDI GRAS SAUCE TOTAL 🟰 $55.72 NOONE WAS IN LINE BUT I WAS STILL TOLD TO PULL TO BACK DOOR. AFTER WAITING 15 MINUTES WAS ASKED WOULD I MIND 3 OF THE PIECES BEING SPICY SO AFTER ABOUT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES WAITING MY FOOD WAS FINALLY BRUNG TO CAR. I MADE IT HOME TO HAVE ONLY CHICKEN , STRIPS AND BISCUITS THAT WASNT EVEN FRESH, NO RED BEANS AND RICE NO FRIES NO HONEY NO MAUDI GRAS SAUCE PROCEEDED TO CALL THE RESTAURANT SEVERAL TIMES NO ANSWER ….. SO I WAIT TO CALL ON TUESDAY @315 PM AND ASK FOR THE MANAGER WHO WASNT CONVERNED FROM JUMP SO AS IM TELLING HER MY EXPERIENCE ON WHAT HAPPENED SHES DROPPING THE PHONE TALKING TO OTHERS JUST EVERYTHING BUT LISTENING, I EVEN STOPPED AT ONE POINT TONASK ARE YOU THERE SHE SAIS IM HERE SO AFTER IM DONE TELLING HER HOW MY SERVICE WAS AND WHAT WAS MISSING SHE ASKS WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM??? SO I SAID SO YOU WASNT THERE AS IN LISTENING LIKE YOU STATED EARLIER SHE SAYS IM NOT GOING TO TAKE ATTITUDE AND SHE HANGS UP SO IF THIS IS THE TREATMENT YOU WANT THEN GO HERE BUT I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY BEHAVED ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THERES NO REASON THAT LADY WAS THIS RUDE AND MANAGES THIS PLACE IT EXPLAINS WHY CUSTOMER SERVICE WASNT SHOWN SUNDAY NIGHT . They have no idea what they're doing. Drive through went slower than molasses. I was sitting wrapped around the building for 15 minutes after already waiting 30 in the drive thru. They weren't even busy (only 4 cars ahead of me). The guy then comes out and asks me what I had....like he had no idea.

Multiple times gotten food from here that the order is wrong. Can't even get a basic order right. Person working the window doesn't give a receipt. Always have to wait for the food. I'm done with this store.

The girl at the counter got two of our orders wrong, costing us money and creating dissatisfaction. The mango lemonade was wonderful as was the chicken wrap. We couldn't tell the difference between the regular fries and the Cajun fries. I don't think the red beans and rice are as good as they used to be. Not enough beans or sauce.

What’s annoying is when you ask for sauces and they want to charge almost 1 dollar for a sauce, but don’t put it in a bag. Not only the wait is 30min in the drive thru so everything should be correct! I’m so aggravated. I have a plain sandwich with no sauce.

I worked 15 hours today. The only thing getting me through was looking forward to a good dinner. I finally get there at 10:30 PM to order something and they tell me most of their menu is unavailable. When I settled on a large fry I was met with silence until I finally decided it wasn’t worth it and left to go somewhere else. McDonald’s. They had better food and service tonight which is, and isn’t, a shock.

The owner commenting like they actually care is humorous. If you truly care about the establishment you own, do something about your ridiculous employees. Lazy rude wastes of a paycheck. Its a shame because Popeyes has the potential to be good but not in this town.
