Took over 40 minutes to give me my food . Nobody knew anything when I asked about it . Asked for a refund and the guy on the register said to take it up with my bank . Do not spend your money here

great restaurant, food is excellent and the atmosphere is lovely, very cozy. gets rather busy during the dinner rush, but very much worth the wait. and speaking of waiting, the service is remarkably good here, I wish I had gotten my waitresses name to put in a good word because she was incredibly friendly and attentive.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST COME HERE AND BE AMAZED!!!!!! I've been coming to pasados since I was a young child they had one in Bedford Texas it very sadly closed and I happened to be in Tyler so I stopped by and it's as consistent as it was a decade ago... Consistently fabulous tex mex!!!!!!!

One of the best Mexican restaurants in Tyler, Texas. They have the best fajitas the best enchiladas of any kind. When you walk into that place it makes you feel like you're in Mexico. Their chips and salsa are excellent, along with free tortillas and corn tortillas. So if you're looking for a good Mexican restaurant. This is the best one to go to for all your Mexican food.

The refried beans tasted like plastic, the enchiladas were rubbery and very salty. The only thing half good was the rice. This was a takeout order and was the 2nd and last time I order from from them.

The first time we went to Posadas, we went in and had lunch, which it was good, so we decided to try take out, called the order in, picked it got to where we were going was about three to five minutes away and the food was cold. this was back a couple months ago, so we decided to try this again called in an order for three people (meals) traveled about three minutes, sat down to eat and again everything was so cold like it was just taken out of the ice box, the cheese dip was so cold you couldn't even use a chip to dip without it breaking in the dip. was awful. This food cost way to much for you to get your food and it be cold , so we won't be back and I can understand why they just have three stars they need just one or two stars

I wanted to write this review to highlight Jarrel, who was super kind and polite. Wish there were more guys like him! Our waitress on Saturday was also very friendly (can't remember her name, but she has beautiful long brown hair). Another worker stopped by to ask if I needed a bag for my boxes and I thought that was really nice of him to notice even if I wasn't his customer (I don't know if he was a server or not). My kids approve of the food and I was happy with our service on Sat. so I'm sure we will be back.
Picked up togo food for my wife. Waited 30 minutes which was fine, the manager asked if I wanted a drink while I waited. Got the order, got home and the order was wrong. Ordered chicken enchiladas and was given beef enchiladas. My wife said Taco Bell ground beef was better than theirs. Which is sad especially since we normally have a decent experience here. Make sure to check your Togo orders before leaving.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Mexican restaurant! The food was amazing every dish was bursting with authentic flavor and perfectly seasoned. The service was nothing short of spectacular; the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
And I have to mention the flour tortillas they are out of this world! Soft, fresh, and full of that homemade taste that you just can’t find anywhere else. You can tell everything is made with care and passion.
If you’re looking for incredible Mexican food and top-notch service, this place is an absolute must-visit! 🌮🇲🇽
