I love your restaurant. I always have good service and the food is always great. I ordered thru Door Dash and was very disappointed. I asked for chips and salsa. I got 2 cups of salsa. NO chips. I asked for butter. NONE. I order 2 sopapillas. No butter or honey. The food was good but it was a mess. The box needs dividers. My food was all mixed up. Please do better for deliveries.

It should not be $26 for nachos and a side of queso. We ordered it to go and they also refused to give us chips for both the salsa and queso. The nachos were soggy when we got them and they had almost no cheese. Terrible customer service as well.

I was in town Friday 3/22/24 to visit my Aunt in the hospital as we were told she wouldn’t make it much longer. The 9 of us decided to go out for dinner as a family and I chose Posado’s based on reviews and pics. I cannot state how great our experience was! Our server Kate took EXCEPTIONAL care of us. Having been in the service industry for 25yrs (including fine dining) I’m not easily impressed, but she did a bang-up job! She was incredibly attentive but not overbearing, very friendly, and professional. We never lacked for anything from napkins to refills to salsa, and everyone’s food came out perfect and as ordered. 10/10 I recommend Kate and Posado’s!
