They are charging Dallas prices, so everything should be on point and guests should be looking at their food trying to figure out why it's so terrific! It is an amazing ambience.
Our server Robin was excellent in providing quality service making the overall experience better!
Food was excellent, service was excellent, it was a nice experience to celebrate our 12th anniversary.
Prime 102 is always wonderful! We had a birthday to celebrate and Christopher, our server, was outstanding. The wonderful soup and salad we chose was delicious and the butter cake is always a celebration must. It was easy to park in the back even with the construction downtown.
Top of the line restaurant. We will head there yearly for our anniversary dinner.

Sea bass and steaks cooked to perfection. Crab cake starter was fabulous. Love this place and enjoy the quality of food and excellent service.
Outstanding in every aspect! We shared the dry aged porterhouse which was cooked perfectly. Fingerling potatoes, Brussels sprouts and the braised mushroom sides were stellar. The espresso old fashion is a must! This was our first visit but will definitely not be the last. Well worth the price.

why are most of the ladies wearing short skirts? Why would that even be a thing in a restaurant that isn’t hooters or walk ons? This is supposed to be an “upscale restaurant” I don’t need a show while they’re walking around bending over to clean their stairs. The owner is weird for that one….

Prime 102 continues to shine from the quality of the food and drinks to the service at all levels. This is by far the best restaurant in Tyler for any special occasion or just for a really good steak.
The historic dining room sets the stage and even with the current construction on the square area, it is still well worth a night here.
We had the tomato soup, corn and crab chowder (loaded with crab) and for our main split the 16 oz rib eye medium rare. It had the perfect sear and we had the chef slice in the kitchen for us to share. The bread service is also excellent and our server, Kevin, waited for a fresh batch.
Desert was the ice cream sundae - unusual as it has not chocolate. Previously we have had the butter cake and it is also very good.
You can not go wrong with a night at Prime 102 !

Top notch! A steakhouse that rivals the big city steakhouses in Houston and Dallas. From appetizers to main course, it was all phenomenal. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went here tonight for our anniversary and was really looking forward to it. The bread was great and the appetizer of asparagus was wonderful. they weren’t busy, but the service was slow. My lobster was overcooked and they didn’t bring butter so I had to ask for it. My husbands Seabass was just OK he said. For $208 I should’ve been able to give this restaurant a five. I would go back for the asparagus alone. And the mushrooms were lukewarm. Maybe they were having an off night
