Wow, what a great dinning experience. My food was delicious and my server was vwry attentive. My rib eye was prepared just like I asked for- medium well with a tinge if pink, seared to perfection. I also, had a old fashioned plus a salad and truffle fries. The restaurant is beautiful. I will definitely be back the next time in Tyler.

Our dinner was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Elsa was attentive and engaging. The steaks were perfectly seasoned and tender. The decadent 23 layer chocolate cake served with icy cold vanilla bean milk was such a treat!

We had a great experience last night, from the food to the service. I highly recommend the Wedge Salad, Shrimp Pasta, and Ribeye. It was all cooked to perfection. We also had Elsa as our server and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, made great suggestions, and made us feel very welcome.

Prime 102 is a beautiful dining experience. The 1938 architecture and marble remained from the old Bank lobby. The crabcakes were delicious! Wonderful large pieces of lump crab. The prime ribeye was seasoned and cooked perfectly!  Ellie was highly informed on the menu and gave wonderful suggestions. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and Eli brought us a wonderfully moist butter cake with vanilla butter cream (not sure of flavor but it was delicious) ice cream, with caramel. I highly recommend. The bar is a bit more casual. You can enjoy a cocktail and dinner.

We loved the service and drink options at the bar while we waited for our table. While dining, we had wonderful service, the food was cooked to perfection and the flavor and tenderness of our steaks were great. Loved the crispy brussel sprouts! The crabcake appetizer was very good as well. Our server was happy to answer our questions about food preparation so that we knew what we were ordering would meet our expectations! Love the atmosphere and would highly recommend for date nights, business meals, or just for a good steak!
