I called to place an order for a school team who’s traveling to Tyler, Texas. They’ve had Saltgrass for 3 consecutive years when they travel. I was told they didn’t have enough product to feed 30-35 guests. We only wanted burgers.
I inquired about chicken sandwiches instead and was told by management they were waiting on a response from Edgar.
Trucks arrive on Monday with product. You don’t have 35 burger patties? I was informed there was “plenty of chicken”....read full review
We used to eat there a lot. Told manager tonite my salad had butt of lettuce and a piece of plastic wrap in it. Manager just acted mystified and said they don’t use plastic wrap as if we made it up.
First time SaltGrass diner. Sat at the bar. Tyler welcomed us with a smile.. Very professional, very proficient, making sure we were taken care of!! YES!! I’ll be back!!
