TERRIBLE first experience. We got in line 20 minutes prior to them closing at 5pm on a Saturday. Take in account the line was long but we waited patiently. We finally got to the front of the window at 5:05 only to be told they could no longer take our order. I felt like they could have either counted the vehicles that was already in line way before closing and took our order OR walked out and informed us that they weren’t gonna take our order. Either or would have been great but it was a waste of our time.

The sign says it opens up at 12:00 am and here we are 8 mins til 12:20 and still not open, what’s the point of the sign if you don’t honor it.

Closed before 6pm when it's daylight till 8pm and the temp is in the 80s. I guess no one that works a 9-5 job can ever get a snow cone here. Don't recommend for anyone that works a day shift job you won't make it before they close.

First of all this place has a website and it says that cash and card is excepted and when we get there we are told no credit cards cash only like why was it on the website if we can't get it with credit cards

I ordered a tiger blood and kiwi half and half and I ordered strawberry cheesecake both of my orders where completely wrong I asked for a refund in which it was denied very poor service would not buy or recommend
Been sitting here in the drive thru since 12:30pm and the store is still not open. This is sad because I want my snow cone fix. There’s two other cars behind us! They have now left and it’s been a line out to the roadway on Fifth St.

First time i went there best experience ever !!! Second time I brought more people with me it was great third time i went there its close i dont know if its shut down but i been patient watching and waiting for it to open again i have more people who want to try it great experience
