“The Old Jacksonville location is located less than a mile from my office, so it convenient to get breakfast or lunch on my way to the office. I have ordered from this Smoothie King many times in the last two years, usually once or twice a week. Trust and loyalty has been established because I have never had any complaints or issues with the quality, speed, ease of ordering and reciving my smoothie, or the friendliness of the employees. Also, I have seen the owner of this location in the store many times and he always asks if there is anything they can improve on, so I know he cares and it is definitely apparent in the way they operate. They have truly gained a customer for life for their consistency in always offering a high level of service and product. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.“
“Order ID: AAADAKUWACBRTime: 1:22:10pm6/8/2022Went inside to place order. We were greeted when we walked. The store looked cleaned. I didn’t see name tags but that’s ok. White guy was washing pitchers lids and etc. Clean dishes a big plus + in my book. Others were working on making smoothies and taking orders. All employees were working as a team. Different employees made smoothies to complete my order. They completely my order in a timely manner. I would definitely come back to this store same time. They deserve every star I give them.“
