This sonic is consistently better than the one on Old Jacksonville. They always get the orders right whether it be through the app or I order there. Food is good and gets out in a timely manner for how busy they are.

They are certainly not deaf friendly. I couldn't order through APP because it has to do with stupid password I couldn't put in. It happens all the time. So I tried to order through that stupid freaking speaker and I have no clue what they're saying. I've asked for a waiter to come out. I've waited too long. Finally, the waitress came and she said that she and the manager apologized. Just don't yell at a deaf person who couldn't understand...
