We sat at the playground with our kids and some friends and the gentlemen who brought out our food was so kind, super quick, like went above and beyond to be great at customer service. You don't see that often anymore and I really appreciated it.

Not all Sonics are created equal...and I should know because I've hit every one in the greater Tyler area. Have to give a shout out to this particular location because they have by far the best drinks and the most friendly staff around! The breakfast crew recognizes me every time, and we talk like old friends. So if you're a Sonic fan...you will love, love this one!!

Rushed service. My husband ordered my meal and before he could even get a word in to keep ordering the lady just assumed that was the end of our order, said the total, and turned off her mic. We had to call back and tell her we weren’t done and she didn’t even apologize or acknowledge it she just asked what we wanted. The receipt says Candida. BUT on the bright side— the man who brought our food was SO nice!!!!
