This bar banned me because i asked to close the bathroom door, when it was chained open. They said no, i closed my tab and left. Completely empty bar. Came back a year later and i guess im banned for this. Literally the only time ive ever been to the bar.

This was easily one of the most frustrating bar experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, it felt like customers were more of a burden than the reason the business exists.
Service was consistently slow and inattentive, and my interaction with Kelly reflected that throughout the visit. It took far longer than expected to be acknowledged, and even basic requests seemed to be handled with minimal urgency or communication. At no point did the experience feel organized or customer-focused.
The drinks themselves didn’t come close to justifying the price. For what’s being charged, there should be some level of consistency and care, but that was clearly lacking.
What stood out most was the overall lack of professionalism and attention to the customer experience. The interaction I had didn’t give any impression that feedback is valued or that improvement is a priority.
