The Gentry & 5th St locations are horrible at customer service, speed of service as well as accuracy. If you click no tomatoe in your mobile order, chances are it will have them. They even mess your order up face to face so fast it leaves you looking crazy. They rarely give napkins at drive thru and if the kids talk to you in any kind of way it will be with an attitude. Speak slow, check your order before you leave always and ask for napkins

Clerk couldn’t seem to understand that upcharging me for a happy hour freeze as part of the combo meal PLUS adding a $1.99 charge for the (otherwise free) soda was costing me more, not less. These meals are unnecessarily expensive enough anyway, but to add 80¢ and $1.99 because I also want a $1 freeze? Then give me attitude? Learn math. Learn your job.
