The worst experience ever!!!! Forced to order on a kiosk, didn’t get all of our food, they said we didn’t order additional food but couldn’t produce a receipt showing we only ordered one taco. Why would we order only 1 taco for two people?!?!? Service was bad for that one taco too! Waitress said she was going to check on our additional food and never returned.

They have replaced the cashiers with kiosks. The kiosks suck. They’re hard to work and it slows down the process so much. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to come check my ID since I ordered a margarita. Two other couples in front of me couldn’t figure out the kiosk either. What a stupid idea. Food is pretty good though.

The smell from the table area was very unpleasant ,it reminded me of an overused, uncleaned mop. Unfortunately, the bathroom also had a strong odor. As for the food, I wasn’t very impressed. The only taco I somewhat enjoyed was the shrimp Baja. Overall, I feel it’s overpriced for the quality offered. Sadly, I wouldn’t return.

If you want a to go order I have found they cant get one right… Never had a problem getting one right dine in. However this is the second time we have been giving the wrong food to go. I live in Athens its not like I can run right back up there and get it replaced. The ticket said it correctly… I can’t have bbq sauce and also don’t care it… I don’t think they care…

The food itself is great here. It’s offensive though how all the food ordering is done on kiosks that ask you to tip at the end. You put in your own order. You get your own drinks. You get your own refills. What exactly are you tipping for, especially upfront when you’ve done all the work at that point?

Fast service and great food. Tacos are made fresh and tasty and Margaritas are awesome. Small outdoor patio is perfect on a nice evening.

This is my second attempt at wanting to love this place as much as friends and others do. But maybe it's just not my cup of tea. 😕 I received a gift card for Christmas and wanted to try and get the most bang for my buck. So I ordered the Double Feature and got one of each street taco, rice, beans, and two drinks. We wanted to try all of them offered. Sadly only one of the tacos (green chili pork)was actually pretty good, although it lacked a bit in flavor. The Carne asada was just ok, but can't call it terrible even though it also lacked flavor. The Barbacoa was the worst. It was dry and seemed over cooked, flavor also not there. The rice was perfectly cooked. 😊 Light and fluffy, but there was no flavor...not even salt. Salting the water it was cooked in would have done wonders for it. The beans were horrible. The salsa also had no flavor. My precious dr pepper had no spice! 😭 I should have stuck to what I originally thought and gotten the Baja shrimp tacos...because those were good last time and tried the queso for the first time. 😔 I blame myself for wasting my gift card balance because I decided to try something new. I wanna love you Torchy, but I need you to love me back some too with a bit more flavor.

Brushfire tacos were less than desirable and below standard. I gave the bartender a $30 tip because she actually attempted to rectify the situation.
The photo depicts the standard vs what I received. Truly disappointed in the food at this location. Second attempt at brushfire offered were watered down no flavor and worse than the first offering. I do believe the manager stated there were several variations of the chicken offered between the franchises. (Queso, baja shrimp tacos and brushfire tacos)
