“Had a great late night dinner experience. I created my own turkey/bacon sandwich which I had toasted,it was the best I've ever had from there. Kelton made my sandwich exactly how I specified it w/Mayo and which which sauce.The other guy there was extremely friendly which made our experience even better while providing us with fresh fries. “This is the first review I’ve ever given to a business, and it’s only because these 5 stars are so greatly deserved. I’ve been eating here for consistently over a year now and every time I walk in I’m greeted by the warmest, friendliest smiles. The service is unmatched, and it all starts with manager of this store, Luis. Seriously the best guy. A couple weeks ago my girl ordered online and I went to pick it up for her. Of course I didn’t check the bag first, and of course this would be the one time out of 1,000 the order was wrong. Disappointed, I called up there to see if they could just comp what they’d forgotten, but the Piada team took it a step further and refunded the entire cost of the meal (something they absolutely did not have to do.) This is the type of business you feel good about spending your money at, and overall there’s not a better bang for your buck as far as quality food goes in Tyler. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed“
