“Supporting small family owned businesses is one of my favorite things to do, and Big Aloha's Ali'i Cove absolutely delivered! We recently used their catering menu for a special gathering, and from start to finish, the customer service was phenomenal. They even worked with our Sunday event date to make everything happen. The food was fresh, authentic, and delicious so much so the teri beef, fried noodles, mochiko chicken, mac salad, and cupcakes disappeared fast. Unfortunately, the only pictures I managed to take were of the cupcakes because everyone was too busy enjoying the food. That's probably the best compliment a caterer can receive! If you're looking to add something different, flavorful, and authentic to your table, I highly recommend giving them a try. It's always rewarding to support a local family business that takes such pride in what they do. You'll find them right here in Universal City off Pat Booker Road. “Such a caring and compassionate General Manager, I just spoke with Ipo and told her about my food allergies and she was so caring and accommodating and gave me a list of ingredients and alternatives that I could do and she said at the time of ordering let their manager know and they will cook my food off to the side to try and avoid cross contamination. And that they have designated fryers for their fries. Love love love restaurants that have compassion and care for their customers with food allergies!!!“

“James was such a great guy so whenever I walked in, I had a little bit of trouble with the screen and ordering my food. I sat down. I ordered a custom bowl. It came to me quick the kitchen in the back. The people were great when I sat down, I had a little bit of issues with my food being accustom boy I thought it was gonna be bigger. James gave me his own plate of the day instead of Of me paying the difference and paying for a regular bowl he ended up giving me his own bowl from his shift because I was trying to pay the difference and get a bigger boat but he just gave me a free bowl instead And I had my kids with me, so I really appreciate that. Everything was great. The service was great. He even offered us water cups, which was amazing.“
