“I stoped in because I wanted to try out Uvalde’s oldest restaurants. Traveling for work I seek community, love, and culture. This was one of the best meals I have ever eaten in my life. Being able to taste something that has been passed down through generations through tradition is a gift. It was a pleasure and a being able to eat here. The standards have been set pretty high after this meal. I will be back for more. Very thankful and grateful. ❤️🙏”

“The food was delicious, good portions and amazing customer service. You can definitely tell everything is made from scratch. The Alfredo sauce is devine. We ordered 2 pizzas, a Ceasars salad, and Alfredo dipping sauce for the garlic knots. The pizza had the right amount of sauce, toppings, and cheese. The salad and dressing was fresh and delicious. We will definitely eat here again when we are out this way.”

“Really surprised about this place some friends of mine. Some local attorneys took me here and between just how happy and friendly all the staff are how country and inviting the atmosphere is and how truly delicious that fajita was especially considering it took them next to no time to make it I’m really surprised about this little place right here. Uvalde is starting to show its colors and I am amazed, not surprised.”

“It’s a true mom-and-pop restaurant. I guess for now, it’s only take-away service. The son took our order, grandpa kept a watchful eye on his grandson, and grandma delivered our food with the sweetest smile. The food is incredibly flavorful and authentic—clearly made with love. Great portions for the price, and the iced coffee was the perfect refreshing touch. Highly recommend for both the taste and the heartwarming experience. We found a perfect spot nearby at the Uvalde Memorial Park to eat our lunch.”

“We’re not from the area, but we’re so glad we stopped here! The food was absolutely delicious 🤤 with an authentic taste that truly stood out. When we arrived, we were told they were short-staffed, but despite that, the service was impressively fast—we were served within 10 minutes. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!”

“I bought menudo this past Sunday n other times not often thou it's like extremely greasy dark the meat color like blk then the tatema still peaces of the tongue skin in it like they didn't peal it of rite but the worst is the menudo the most greasiest I've ever ate literally got sick of my stomach from the chunks of lard attached to the menudo meat just not ever again they need better cooks or something cux the prizes are not bad 👎”

“We were passing through Uvalde looking for somewhere to stop and grab a bite and stumbled upon La Pasadita. We ordered mini tacos, lonche special, and Jessica special. All of it was DELICIOUS. Everything was fresh and hot. I can’t wait to stop in again!”

“It took a little bit for us to order since we were a big group with separate checks, but once we got our food, it was the best I’ve had in a while. The chicken fajita plate was well prepared and delicious. I tried my moms menudo and it reminded me of my Tio’s recipe who just passed away and made me very happy. I will be coming back next time we’re in Uvalde. The staff is very attentive and friendly but it was a little warm until the ac kicked on. Also the beans come with cheese if you’re picky like me, lol.”

“I used to live here almost 30 years ago, so this restaurant wasn’t here then.
I went thru drive thru . The young lady was very sweet and helpful since I had never been there before.
After ordering my chicken dinner she asks I’m ok with to wait a few minutes for the chicken to made fresh. I said absolutely!
I Pulled forward and a young , friendly cook brought it out a few minutes later and apologized for the extra time , and I said “ no problem “ I will totally wait for fresh fried chicken “ haha

Anyway, it all was so fresh and delicious! Chicken was crispy and fried perfectly. The okra was awesome, and the green beans too!
And I appreciate the container that they put my food in, with a matching lid that had separate compartments,
That was a really good surprise that I wish other diners would do!

“I walked in because little Caesars was out of hot and ready which made me especially mad because it’s Friday. This place is clean. Even the people in the parking lot are cool. You go inside. Those kids know their business they’re professional. I put my order in the kiosk and less than five minutes, I was out of there. I’m driving home right now and it’s delicious. I’m telling you right now. I grew up in Vegas and came out here 10 months ago and I’ve never in my entire life seen a Taco Bell like this one, my hats off to you guys. I would give you six stars if I could.”
