Good help is very hard to find but the servers are sweet and local hard working staff. The food is fantastic, the environment is warm and loving. “The staff was wasted by the eclipse rush, but we got our food and our check, so no complaints. I'm not a beer guy, and generally don't go for bar-ish pizza joints, but we were in town and thought we'd give it a try. Glad we did! Had the El Coyote and it was really yummy. Crust was well cooked but not burnt, toppings were yummy, and the sauce was amazing. Outdoor seating area is nice and we got to see other peeps dogs, always a bonus. Next time we're in Uvalde we'll drop by again! ?“
