This place is never clean. Always out of stuff, like chicken or drinks. Takes forever to get your food. Employees are generally hanging out in the back and to you whenever they feel like it. Do Uvalde a favor, and close this location so a real fast food chain can move in. It's obvious Jack in the Box doesn't care.

Let me just start off by saying I know I wrote a bad review the other day. Jack Reach Out I said let me make this right. They did yeah I only ordered Chicken and Waffles more than ordering a five star meal. But it was good. They fixed everything that I had a complaint about.
20 mins to get my burger :/ They are hiring, though.
UPDATE: came back the same day, but for a salad for dinner, and it was a less than 5 minutes wait, and the service was way better.

Two people working just hanging out in the back. They never came to the counter. That explains why the parking lot was empty and always seems to be. We left as I see this more and more now days with bad service staff.

Food was ok but when u pay for extra cheese for the loaded tiny tacos you get it but it has very little and when you pay for an order of two tacos it was not received I called and called and called they don’t answer missing my order just bad please hire more people one person can’t do it all and there were no people in line in drive thru and two in the inside.

Came a little late, but well before close. Old white lady had the NASTIEST attitude I think I’ve had to deal with in Uvalde. Genuinely if you’re that miserable, don’t work in the public. Or get a janitorial job there so you don’t have to talk to anyone.
