Looks brand new. Warm, modern vibe inside. Texas-stone courtyard outside. Friendly staff. And good food. They have a combo breakfast/lunch menu that includes coffee shop style coffees and tea. And they are open for dinner!
Pleasantly surprised! This kind of place was definitely not on my bingo card for Uvalde.
I ordered their breakfast toast and an iced chai latte and both were fantastic. I loved the elevated atmosphere and the variety of options for breakfast.

Not what I would expect in Uvalde. Food was exceptional, tried if for dinner and knew we were coming back for breakfast. Both meals were great for both myself and my wife. They could use a hostess/busser
