I asked to get bread toasted first and she just warmed it up. Asked for a churro and she barely got it warm. That means the dough was raw.? I don't recommend the churro here, I just threw ours away. $2 dollar in the trash.

It was really late after time change and wanted to grab something quick to eat. Needless to say the guy working (Daniel) was very rude. Making faces and noises as it bothered him so much to make our sandwiches. Saved by my friend who told me to walk away before I told him something. Come on guys you want $20 an hour with no work ethic.......

The wife and I were STARVING and could find no where open in Van Horn for food or surrounding areas on our way back home, so we reluctantly went to Subway at Loves.. the service was excellent, all 3 of the team members had great personalities and the one preparing the sandwiches walked up and washed his hands thoroughly prior to putting on gloves while holding conversation about their new flavor chips in stock. I never post reviews, but this team deserves one. Subway is subway, but they made it with care and the experience was A1, especially with me being "hangry"

Ordered a sandwich around 6am this morning & now Iam sick from the food. I ask the employee if the cookie’s was fresh and she said it’s 1 day old. Makes me think if the other food is fresh or not.

The dudes working here never change their gloves !!!!, I watched em make several different sandwiches, and ring people up at register, clean stuff, stock, and go right back to making sandwiches all wearing the same gloves, hadta tell the guy " you ain't putting a damn thing on my sandwich till ya change them gloves !!!!", Then hadta fight the flies for my sandwich as I sat there to eat, the two dudes working at this truck stop subway obviously don't give a feces, so you've been warned.....eat here at your own risk.....

So apparently from 3am to 4:30am the one person who should be working is on break but she just hanging out with the guys who work in the store. She just back and forth on the phone chatting away.

Don’t normally rate A franchise, but these staff members were doing a great job. Connor was ding a great job handling the people in line. His help had stepped out, but he did great keeping the line moving. Even though one customer was on his phone while ordering his sandwich. Connor was great in holding his words, but some of us finally told the guy to order or get the hell out of line. Brought a smile from staff, but they maintained their customer service skills. Place was clean, products fresh, bread tasted great.

Food was fine and staff was fine but the cashier KAYLA (name on receipt) decided to charge me for a supreme meats with extra cheese when I got a spicy BMT, add capicola and extra cheese. I should've paid around 7 dollars and instead I paid $8.63. Even though they're almost the same thing, do not charge me for something I didn't order. Ambiance is standard truck stop.

I think you have to be realistic here about expectations, because this is a Subway sandwich shop attached to a Love's truck stop gas station out in the middle of nowhere. Everything was about as expected, though not quite as good as I would normally expect from a Subway. They only had White and Wheat bread when we stopped in. I'm not sure if that is a normal thing, but it seemed more like they didn't bother to make any than that they had run out of the other options. The staff was overall good. Not really friendly, and seemed a little overwhelmed even though it wasn't too busy. But they got our order right and everything was perfectly fine. I'd certainly never go out of my wait to stop here, but if you need a bite when you're driving through an area with very few options, this will fulfill the need.
