After a full day of hiking and watching the sunset in the Texas mountains, we very much appreciated Subway, as the only eatery open in Van Horn so late in the evening. The sandwiches were excellent and the service respectful and competent. Highly recommended.

Last time I had subway I had a bad experience so I wasn’t wanting to go here. But man am I happy my friend did anyways. This is the best subway I’ve ever had in my life. I have nothing but good things to say. Great fresh quality, friendly welcoming staff, and most importantly delicious. A great stop to make!

Alexis Buford went above and beyond! As a truck driver, a hot shower after parking is important, and even though the water was temporarily out, she took the initiative to check with the plumbers for updates. As soon as it was fixed, she made sure the showers were cleaned and ready right away.

Subway restaurant offers fast, tasty food with friendly and skillful service. The staff provide excellent customer service, with some workers being very polite and doing a great job even when busy. The location has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible. While vegetarian options are limited, the team ensures a pleasant experience for most customers. Food is fresh and delicious, with the best cookies ever, so be sure to grab a dozen. Lines may get long, but it's worth the wait. Some sandwiches might have bread that tastes a bit old, but others are fine. Despite occasional busy moments, this location stands out for its hardworking staff and satisfying meals on the go.
