We frequently stop at this location, but usually we go through the drive thru, but tonight we chose to go inside where they had about 6 different customers at around midnight they were very understaffed it seemed, which is common considering the time but there was an employee sitting in the lobby on there phone I'm assuming on break while another

The customer service was wonderful the girl up front was very sweet. The burger I ordered however was disgusting to say the least.. it was poorly made. There was sauce all over the bun on both sides inside and out. The box was drenched it ketchup. It was as if someone jus squirted sauce and smashed it. The fries were delicious and the only edible thing out of my meal. I tried eating my burger with a fork and knife but eventually got frustrated and gave up. I do appreciate the smiling faces up front I hope that whoever makes the sandwiches holds back on the sauce.

Won't fix sandwich when it's wrong. Manager 10/23/23 830 pm is rude place is dirty and tea is old. Won't give name of manager. Save your health don't eat at this filty place.
