Confused on how to get in to the drive thru, but I also had a senior yelling in my ear.... so! 🤣 Food was fantastic! Drive all the way from Flint, on our way to Canton and detoured just for Carl's. 10/10 worth it!!
I was not impressed with the food. They used to be good. Gone down hill.
Dee is so professional. 4 hungry people the car including a toddler & she was just so helpful.

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. offers a mix of experiences. The service is often described as speedy, fast, and friendly, with helpful staff. Many customers enjoyed their meals, such as the Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo tripple, the chicken club sandwich, and the Cali XL burger, which were delicious and satisfied their hunger. One reviewer noted the habanero sauce is just the right amount of spicy. However, some found the restaurant to be just ok, mentioning that the quality has been on the decline. There were issues like a lack of hash browns for breakfast and being out of med and large cups, requiring a trip to Loves for napkins. Despite these problems, the service was still fast and workers were friendly, with one family saying their kids really enjoyed it. Most said they will go back or keep the place in mind.
