I don't think you guys realize how important hot fries are. This is our 3rd time to have Luke warm to stale fries. Great burgers though. I have never herd someone complain about waiting for fresh fries.
Extremely professional and friendly staff! I went through the drive-thru, and I believe the employee's name was Enrique. He provided exceptional customer service, and my food was hot and ready in under 5 minutes.
We love eating here when we’re in the area! The food is great as always and the staff are friendly. Carl’s Jr is better than other fast food rivals taste wise, quality wise. The menu options are fantastic and there’s no cross food tastes (chicken and fries with fish) like other places we’ve been.
