I must say the employee customer service is amazing!!! That is the ONLY reason I go to this location. However, the amount of time it takes to order/get my food every time I eat here is RIDICULOUS.. I’ve been going to this location for 5 years now and always prepare myself to wait at least 25-30 minutes no matter the time of day to get my food. Not to mention, it’s always from the drive thru. The order is always right, and always fresh, but if you go through the drive-through, it seems to take forever. This may be due to short staff? But it has made me choose other options when going high traffic hours. Don't get me wrong Waterburger has the best quality food around being fast food options in the area. Usually a better option to go inside and order.
