Rolling down the highway and googled breakfast in Vernon. I'm glad I did. Big piece of ham, perfect over medium eggs, crispy hash browns like I requested, and biscuits and gravy. The waitress and cook were really nice.

I have eaten lunch here several times and I finally was in Vernon early enough to catch breakfast. I really appreciate the relaxed atmosphere Family Style seating and the simple good food I really enjoyed the bacon that got with my breakfast, it's very hard to beat thick cut bacon cooked to Perfection on a griddle:-)

I know the owners try, but it's literally cafeteria/hospital food. Cooked in microwaves and the corn is from a can and you could taste the metal. The staff is amazing and sweet.
