I only have 30 minutes for my break. They said it would take about 35. I said OK cool I gave the lady the ZIP Code for my card and she said it was the wrong card but yet it took money from my account so how is it the wrong card if it’s taking money from my account then she cancels it which mean it was the correct cardshe canceled it on her side but on my side it literally took my money now I can’t get a freaking pizza for lunch Im pissed

I don't eat inside but when I picked up my order I was VERY impressed. Beautiful atmosphere. Pizzas where very good. Very presentable!!
Out of the few pizza places in Vernon, Pizza Hut has consistently been the best. The Little Caesars is good, but has become pricey for the value. I've had many issues with the Mr. Jims here, so I avoid it now. That being said, Pizza Hut always serves great pizzas with great service. Yes, the wait has been longer on a Friday or Saturday, but It has always been well worth it. Whether you are passing through or you are local, I highly recommend this location.
I mean, I ordered a super supreme pizza and got anything but that the price was ready at 40 bucks. I had a dried out pizza look like it had been left over for days with no supreme anything on it I was super super upset I asked for chicken flats and got everything, but They told me they couldn't fix it like that however that's what I agreed to pay for them out of $40 but no satisfaction at the Pizza Hut In Vernon Texas. It's a terrible terrible place. They need to go ahead and close it down. I am super upset every time I look at that thing, but nothing on top of it but some dried up something, I want my money back

This review is based on 3 years of experience with this location. I've never had a bad to-go experience with this Pizza Hut. The food is always ready by the time we arrive - often early. The pizzas, wings, sticks, are always made well.I'd seen mixed reviews about PH's new sandwich style "melt" (in general - not specific to this location) and we finally tried it last night. The meat lovers one and the chicken one and they were both really really great. They're a little soggy thanks to the grease from the meat and cheese, but it was still crispy enough and the generous seasonings were really delicious.One thing I WON'T do at Pizza Hut - probably all locations, not specific to this one - but dining in is ridiculously expensive. We were told that the deal that we always get ($13.99 for lg 3 topping) wasn't available inside the store. They had some one topping pizza's on sale, but said that since we added toppings the sale no longer applied (they didn't charge the sale price plus extra toppings - the whole sale price went away).So I'll continue to do to-go only, and expect reliably great tasting pizza. I'd absolutely recommend this place - and if you haven't tried one of the melts, you ought to!
