“they forgot to put my queso in the bags so I had to drive 15 min back to pick it up. when I arrived they gave me a container LESS THAN HALF FULL. when I asked about this I was told "my manager said only one laddle per container" which is crazy because it's not like that dine in. if I received the same portion inside I would have sent it back and refused to pay. the laddle you used for the green sauce filled up the container so I'm not buying it. no apologies AND shorted me. would have cost, what, maybe 50 cents worth of queso to make a customer happy and apologies are free. guess the best I can do is never go back and give my money to restaurants with better business practices.“
