They don’t clean up properly, check the tea!!
My girls and I spent a day in Victoria school shopping and eating here, although the food was great the service was terrible from the waitress. She charged us twice for our meal and told us it is our bank’s responsibility to refund us the funds. It was $75. The meal wasn’t worth $150. We are very upset as the manager or waitress (Nicole) will not make it right! Don’t waste your time or money going to a place that will rip you off and not care about their wrong doings.
Waitresses need more training if their answer to why your food wasn’t put in the system is “it’s too much”. Also, update your menu to reflect current pricing. I wasn’t expecting the $40 extra on my ticket when the menu is showing $10 less per meal

Tokyo Grill & Sushi Bar offers a wonderful place for lunch and dinner. The hibachi chef is very entertaining and knowledgeable, putting on an epic show that keeps guests laughing and involved. The food and service is great. The combo steak and shrimp was so good, the entire plate was finished. The serving size is large, with doggy bags often taken home. They do not charge extra for fried rice. The rest of the food is great, though the soup can be super salty and the white sauce a little strong in the horseradish. The yakisoba could use some work. The hibachi cook does a good job entertaining children. For the price, it is not bad. The restaurant is clean, and the sushi is great and comes out pretty quick. The hibachi food is top notch and cooked to perfection.
