Good service & food overall it was much cleaner than some of the other fast food places in Victoria
I went to Wendy’s not knowing what I wanted. Finally when I made up my mind I ask for a coffee. Ms. Josie told me that she didn’t have creamer but that she would figure something out. She made me an iced coffee that hit the spot! She was very friendly and efficient. Great customer service and very clean restaurant!

Wendy's offers food that meets expectations, although it can sometimes be served on the colder side. The restaurant provides good deals such as the 4for4, 5for5, and 6for6, which are popular choices among customers. The frosties are also a favorite. However, there have been instances where service has been reported as rude, both at the speaker and the drive-thru window.
The restaurant is kid-friendly, with good seating and interesting toys that come with kids' meals. The lobby is a good size and not too distracting, making it easier for kids to focus on eating. Wheelchair accessibility is also good, with entrance ramps and movable chairs making it easy for wheelchair users to get around.
On a downside, the restaurant can get hot and humid, with the floor becoming slick as a result. Additionally, there was an instance where the air conditioning was not working. Despite these issues, the service is generally described as great and inviting, with staff acknowledging customers in a friendly way coming in and leaving.
