This was honestly the best sandwich i’ve had in a while this subways doesn’t compare to others the veggies were all fresh as well as the bread the staff was super helpful and nice the place was very clean as well i will for sure be coming back !

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location. I placed a mobile order for pickup for myself and my son. Unfortunately, when I received the order, both sandwiches were not properly prepared—they were soggy and had a strange black texture on the bottom, which was concerning. I immediately called the store to inform them of the issue, and I was told over the phone that I could come in and have both sandwiches remade. However, when I arrived and spoke with the new manager, she refused to remake both sandwiches and only offered to remake one, despite the fact that I had paid for two. When I requested contact information for upper management to escalate the matter, I was told that it could not be provided. Instead, my contact information was written down with the promise that someone would follow up—which has yet to happen. I have been a loyal customer of this Subway location and have never had an experience like this. I left the store feeling extremely disappointed and upset, both by the quality of the food and the lack of proper customer service and resolution. I would appreciate it if someone from management could reach out to address this situation properly. I believe in giving businesses a chance to make things right, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously.
