I recommend the sampler of the different bourbon and whiskeys baby Blues was wonderful. French oak was quite tasty and brimstone was awesome. Very very delicious spirits…I was there during restaurant week. A great atmosphere.

I was very unhappy with the unprofessional manner in which our tour at Balcones was canceled and I e-mailed Jessica Perez, Front of the House Manager, 10 days ago and have received no response. I was hoping to avoid having to place a poor review. Below is the letter that I e-mailed explaining what happened.
