Just happened to be traveling through Waco and decided to stop for some food and a drink; happened upon Barnett’s Whiskey House and I’m glad we did. The food was most excellent, the atmosphere was good and the service was top notch! Looking forward to hearing the live music later this evening. Will definitely stop in anytime I come through or near Waco.
I was so excited to try this place, but it was just ok. Food, ok, not great and bot as described on menu (cajun pasta sounded so good...no cajun) not busy and service was so slow.
This is definitely my place to hang out. They have great bartenders. Alex is one of the best. He is always smiling, very talkative, and makes great drinks. Come have a drink with him. Ask him for a recommendation.
