I had a problem at your hotel in Rehoboth Beach Delaware a complaint to management but they did not care about my problem and would not help me I called corporate and got a case number and they told me to call back I called back could not get through and nobody never called me back from corporate I will never stay at another Hilton or recommend your Motel to anybody it totally sucks and customer service sucks does not care about people's problems but you did not have no problem...read full review

The Brazos Grille at the Hilton Waco offers great service from its staff, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's convenient location allows for easy access to nearby restaurants and the Waco Convention Center. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, and feature comfortable beds and nice toiletries. The food at the Brazos Grille is delicious, with dishes like rosemary chicken and burgers that are cooked and seasoned perfectly. The atmosphere is somewhat upscale but very comfortable, and the view from the window overlooks a lovely park bridge, making it a great spot for a date night or a special gathering. The restaurant is surprisingly not busy, even on busy nights, and service is attentive and knowledgeable. The chef, Jay, personally prepares the food, adding a special touch to each dish. The waffle fries are highly recommended. Visitors have enjoyed the amazing view of the river and statues during their meals, and the bar has a great atmosphere. Parking is just across the street from the riverwalk, and the restaurant is very accommodating for kids. Overall, Brazos Grille offers excellent food, friendly service, and a welcoming environment, making it a highly recommended choice for visitors to Waco.
