“I don't usually visit Dunkin Donuts but this morning I decided to try something new and the two girls who were working were not only sweet and kind they were very customer service oriented I told him as far as coffee goes that I don't visit Dunkin Donuts to make me something sweet and creamy and surprise me and that they did they made the perfect cup of coffee this morning I don't know who those two girls were but they deserve a raise and the one that came to the window had the beautifulest natural hair she was awesome and beautiful inside and out“
“I ditched Starbucks about a year ago and It’s now been apart of my personal treat weekly routine to stop in for a coffee on my way to work on Sunday’s. It has no joke turned into a MAYBE 3 minute max trip. They see my truck pull in and tell me skip the speaker as I pull up, and my drink is ready by the time I get to the window even with others in the line!
Their team is always super happy & welcoming. I know it’s small, but our simple quick interactions help start the days brighter. I know places only ever get the bad reviews, but it’s important to point out the good too! 🙂“
